**UPDATE** COVID-19 and Game Watch Update

All upcoming UK Chapter activities have been canceled through 1 September 2020.
The 2020 Navy-Notre Dame game, originally scheduled to be played on 29 August 2020 in Dublin, then Annapolis, has been canceled. Check the UK Chapter Facebook page for up-to-the-minute details on a possible London-based Game Watch for the recently added match-up against Brigham Young University on 7 September.
The Army-Navy Game Watch on 12 December 2020, also at Passyunk Avenue, is tentatively still on schedule. Please check this page and the UK Chapter Facebook page for updates.
14 December 2019: Army-Navy Game Watch

The UK-based USNA and USMA Alumni Chapters will again meet this year to celebrate the most famous service academy rivalry in collegiate football: the Army-Navy Game. Join us at 7 PM GMT on 14 December when the mids take on the Black Knights. We will have use of the entire Passyunk Avenue restaurant, serving the best cheesesteaks this side of Philly! 16 November 2019: Navy v. Notre Dame Game Watch
It was the U.S. Navy’s use of Notre Dame’s South Bend, Indiana facilities that staved off bankruptcy during World War II, and the gridiron match between the two schools is now the longest uninterrupted intersectional rivalry in college football. Join us on 16 November at 8 PM GMT as we cheer the mids when they go against Notre Dame for the 93rd consecutive time. The USNA UK Chapter is proud to be involved in the annual London Poppy Day fundraiser, benefitting veterans of the British Armed Forces. Our territory for this year’s event in the City of London will center around the Oxford Circus Tube stop. Following the day-long effort, all volunteers are invited to gather at a yet-to-be-determined location to celebrate British vets and another successful fundraiser. Volunteers are needed! 13 May 2019: USNA Scholars’ Visit

Join us on Monday, 13 May to greet the USNA Class of 2020 scholars who hope to do post-baccalaureate work at the best of the UK’s universities!
We will gather at 1800 at Passyunk Avenue, 80 Cleveland Street in the Fitzrovia section of London, for a casual dinner and drinks. This is a terrific opportunity to make this year’s rising firsties feel welcome, hear their initial impressions of London, and wish them well.

28 Dec: Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London

The United Kingdom Chapter has again secured an invitation from Historic Royal Palaces to observe the Ceremony of the Keys, which takes place nightly at the Tower of London. This event is thought to be the oldest military ceremony in the world and only 40 – 50 observers are allowed access each night. Our invitation is for the evening of 28 December. 01 Nov: London Poppy Day 2018
Join U.K. Chapter members on 1 November for London Poppy Day as we help the British Royal Legion raise £1,000,000 to assist wounded and deceased service members and their families. We will again this year be covering the Marble Arch and Bond Street Tube stations, and we hope to beat past years’ record donations.
